Octagon Lodge
Octagon Lodge is a small and private lodge located twenty minutes from the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Gate in Karatu, Tanzania. Most people staying at Octagon Lodge do it during a safari in northern Tanzania.

Accommodation and Meals
Octagon Lodge has rooms located in small cottages scattered in the hotel’s pristine garden. The rooms are spacious, and all have a bathroom/toilet and a small veranda.
The accommodation at the Octagon Lodge consists of eleven Timber Chalets, Six rooms , one Stone Cottage, Two Family rooms with three beds each and one Two Bedroom house with a kitchenette. The accommodation is designed for couples, families or groups of friends. The two bedroom house is wheelchair friendly with large bathrooms. Most of the chalets are arranged as twin beds while some are also arranged as double rooms with queen sized four poster beds. The cottages are oriented for families or groups of friends on a safari vacation or African holiday, and who wish to share and each cottage contains a queen size bed with two additional single beds.
At Octagon Lodge, you’ll be 1.8 km (1.1 mi) from Karatu Playground and 26.4 km (16.4 mi) from Lake Manyara National Park. Highlights at this lodge include a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, and free daily breakfast.
