Departure at 0830 hrs from your Arusha hotel and drive 130km to Lake Manyara National Park in time for lunch in your hotel followed by afternoon gamedrive. Lake Manyara attractions include its birdlife, its elusive black maned tree-climbing lions, giraffes, buffaloes, baboons, ostrich, a big population of hipos and a scenic setting below the western escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Overnight in your lodge or tented . LD

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

Early departure and head straight for the Serengeti National Park passing through Olduvai Gorge, the renowned prehistoric and archeological site made famous by Mary Leakey’s fossil find. Arrive in your lodge in Serengeti national Park in time for lunch followed by afternoon gamedrive. Overnight at your lodge or  tended camp

Day 3: Full day Serengeti National Park

A full day with morning and afternoon game drives to explore the endless plains and most famous National Park in Tanzania. Over one million wildebeest and about 200,000 zebras concentrate in Serengeti National Park forming herds that migrate north and west in search of food as part of the annual migration. Overnight at your Lodge or tented camp.

Day 4:  Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, game en route while driving out of Serengeti to reach your lodge at Ngorongoro in time for lunch. Have a leisure afternoon at the lodge. Overnight at your lodge in the crater rim.

Day 5: Ngorongoro crater – Arusha

Descend early into the Ngorongoro crater floor 2000 ft (670m) for full day crater tour with a packed picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater is home to lions, black rhinos, buffaloes, elephants and other grazing animals and birdlife. After lunch continue game viewing as you ascend Ngorongoro Crater and leave for Arusha. Drop off at your Arusha hotel by 5pm or the airport. – End of your 5 Days Safari in Tanzania.
