SUP is the latest and fastest growing trend in water sports and one of the most popular outdoor activities worldwide. It is short for stand up paddle boarding, which means that you are standing on a big, stable board (usually between 9’ and 11’) with a long single-ended paddle, propelling yourself forward. It is a great alternative for light or no wind days and a good workout challenging especially your balance!
You can either cruise around on flat water around low tides or you can surf small to mid sized waves with the boards.
